Are your decanters lead-free?
Yes. All Hydro Gizmos decanter sets are made from lead-free glass. They are designed to showcase the color and clarity of your whiskey while ensuring safety for long-term use.
Do your decanters fit a full 750ml bottle?
Yes. Our standard decanters are designed to comfortably hold a full 750ml bottle of whiskey without overflow.
How heavy are your decanter sets?
Our decanter sets are built with substantial weight and balanced proportions. Most full sets weigh approximately 3.2 lbs, giving them a solid, premium feel in hand.
What type of glass do you use?
Our decanters and glasses are crafted from high-quality soda lime or borosilicate glass, depending on the model. Each is selected for clarity, durability, and refined presentation.
Does the stopper create a proper seal?
Yes. Our decanters are designed with precision-fit glass stoppers to reduce air exposure and ensure a secure closure.
Are the glasses included?
Yes. All standard decanter sets include one decanter and four matching whiskey glasses unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Are engraved decanters customizable?
Currently, our engraved decanter sets feature pre-designed messages such as “Best Dad Ever” or “Boss Who Inspires Us All.” We do not offer custom engraving at this time.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location but typically arrive within a few business days after shipment.

What if my decanter arrives damaged?
We carefully package all glass products for protection. If your item arrives damaged, contact us with photos and we’ll make it right.

What size ice cubes do the trays make?
Each tray produces large 2” x 2” cubes designed to melt slower than standard ice.
Are the trays dishwasher safe?
Yes. Our ice trays are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
Are the trays stackable?
Yes. They are designed to stack neatly in your freezer.

Are decanters meant for long-term storage?
Our decanters are designed for presentation, serving, and short- to medium-term storage. For long-term aging, it’s best to keep whiskey in its original sealed bottle.
